Pandemic acting as a major reason behind smartphones becoming the most popular device around the world, the total export of mobile phones from India in FY21 were USD 1.7 billion. India is the second-largest handset market in the world and factors like rising population, especially the young, is intensifying the growth of the Indian mobile accessories market. The initiatives taken by the Government of India will further spur the usage and popularity of smartphones among Indians.
